Questions people ask

If yours is not here, call and ask — we answer the phone.

Sixty to ninety days is the sweet spot for the best airfare and hotel rates. Ramadan and the December school break sell out earliest, so we recommend four to six months for those windows. Same-month departures are still possible, they simply cost more.

No. Your Umrah e-visa and the mandatory medical insurance are processed by our team as part of the package. We collect your passport scan and photograph, then handle the Nusuk submission and send the approved visa to you before departure.

We ticket from every major U.S. gateway. New York, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, Houston, Los Angeles and Dallas are priced into the builder above; any other airport can be quoted on request, usually within a small fare difference.

Yes. Extra nights in either city can be added at the per-night rate for your hotel category, and we will re-issue your return ticket for the date you prefer. Tell us in the notes field and we will price it with your quote.

Both are very common on our departures. We seat families together, request lower floors and connecting rooms, and can arrange wheelchair assistance at every airport and inside the Haram. There is no charge for the assistance itself.

A deposit secures your seats and rooms; the balance is due before ticketing, typically thirty days out. We accept card, ACH and bank transfer, and issue a written itinerary and receipt at every stage.
