These terms cover the SMS and text-messaging service operated by MPS Tours LLC. They apply when you give us a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text. They do not cover bookings, payments or cancellations — those are set out in your written quote and booking confirmation.
1SMS Messaging Service
By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from MPS Tours LLC relating to your enquiry or booking. This includes quote follow-ups, document and payment reminders, and travel updates before and during your trip.
2Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with the stage of your booking. Outside an active booking you can expect approximately one to two messages per month.
3Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. MPS Tours is not responsible for charges applied by your carrier.
4Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to be messaged are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

5Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel a booking, and we will still be able to reach you by phone or email.

7Liability Disclaimer
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. MPS Tours is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any consequence arising from a message that a carrier failed to deliver.
